Do you have a shop we can visit?

Unfortunately no, we operate from a converted space at home. You can however, make your order via our website and select “collect directly from us”in the shipping area. We will then email you with our address and arrange a convenient time for you to collect. We also attend regular Farmers Markets and Food Fairs, dates can be found in the drop down shop category on our website.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to process the order the same day we receive it, ready to post the next day. If for whatever reason there will be a delay, we will contact you via email. We only use 24 hour tracked. Once Royal Mail has your order, you will receive an automated email from them with your tracking number (please check spam folders). If you don’t receive it, contact us an we can email your number to you.

How long will my chocolates last?

All of our bonbons will be marked with a best before date of five weeks although they last for many weeks after that, but it is our hope that they are consumed at their very best.

We try not to compromise on the flavour of the chocolates by using fresh ingredients and not adding too many sugars and preservatives to extend the shelf life as this can affect the flavour and texture of the fillings.

How do I store the chocolates?

Your chocolates will arrive in a card box that will protect them from direct sunlight, but any sunlight or heat source should be avoided unless you want to eat your chocolates with a spoon. Find a cool, dark and dry place in your home to store them, between 16c and 21c is a perfect storage temperature (a wine fridge will work if you have one), if temperatures exceed 25c then you could run into problems.

You can store them in the fridge but it is not recommended as the product may absorb strong odours and they may lose its shine and appea. They are prone to collecting condensation when moved from a cold environment to a warm one, but if you like cold chocolate go for it.

I have allergies, how will I know the contents?

There is an allergen sticker on the base of the box, for a more detailed breakdown to each bonbon scan the QR code. This will take you to our allergens page on the website, this link can also be found on our product descriptions and via the ingredients and allergens tab. The flavour insert inside the box will also indicate GF/N/DF/A/Gelatine at the end of each description for a quick report. On purchasing bonbons, there is an option to customise your flavours so you can avoid certain allergens. A flavour description will be found amongst the product photos and if you scroll further down the page you will also find links that take you to the allergens page.

Please bear in mind that we work in a small facility that handles milk, nuts, nut products, gluten and soya, and as a result we can not 100% guarantee that the products are free from these ingredients.

How many can I order?

As many as you like! There is no limit to how many you can order, but for large quantity orders such as special events or celebrations we do ask that you contact us in advance so we can fulfil your request.

If you have a special request for an event you are planning or would like something more specific then do contact us at info@woodrowchocolates.com and we will try our best to make your vision a reality.

Will the package fit through my letter box?

Although the boxes do fit through some letter boxes, we have found that this is not always the case. So we do recommend that you choose tracked and signed for deliveries if you are concerned about this.
